Shipping

What are your delivery times?

If stocks are available usually, it takes 3-7 days from the payment processing. If you want urgent delivery (such as 1-3 days from order made), please contact info@creamhaus.com.au.

However, such as Pre-order products it might take 4-6 weeks.

How much will shipping cost?

Can I pick up the products?

Yes, of course. You can visit our retail shop at Unit A 107 Asquith St Silverwater NSW 2128.

Pre-appointment is required.

How can I cancel my order?

Once it is manifested, you cannot cancel the order . No refund is avaiable in this case.

Is Creamhaus proudct safe?

Yes, they are free of pthalates, PVC, BPA, formamide, lead,fire retardants, hazardous chemicals and other VOC.

Can I put heavy stuff on the mat?

No, I would not recommend. The surface of the mat might not be restored if it is kept under the pressure of the heavy objects for a long time.

How do I care for my product?

Product Care

• Please do not use knives, scissors, or any other sharp objects to open the
box in the middle.

• Only use them carefully along the edge of the box, and then open the rest
gently by hand.

• Damage caused by misuse will not be covered under warranty.

Clean any dirt with a cloth moistened with a neutral detergent and wipe with a dry cloth. (Oily paper or cleansing tissue may smear after wiping the mat). Marks from oil-based pens (ball point pen), oil-based crayons or coloured pencils may not be removed.

Warranty / Return / Exchange

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 2. Manufacturer’s Warranty (1 Year)

CreamHaus Australia provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Improper storage or incorrect product care
  3. Use not in accordance with the user guide
  4. Misuse, abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident
  5. Modification or alteration of the product

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

3. Change of Mind Policy

We understand that purchasing decisions may change.

For change of mind returns, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in brand new condition
  • Items must remain unopened in the original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A transaction processing fee equivalent to the original payment processing cost may be deducted from the refund amount forchange of mind returns.
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, assembled, or used.

All items must be returned in resaleable condition.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.


CreamHaus Australia reserves the right to decline a return if the product does
not meet these requirements upon inspection.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, please contact us at:

We will request:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the problem

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Under the ACL:

  • If the issue is determined to be a major failure, you may choose
    between a refund or replacement.
  • If the issue is determined to be a minor failure, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

5. Returns Process

All returns must be approved prior to sending the item back.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the outcome.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available:

  • For faulty products (subject to inspection), or
  • For change of mind (if all eligibility conditions are met)
